About John Paul Pet:
30 years ago John Paul DeJoria, co-founder of Paul Mitchell Systems, revolutionized the professional salon industry by banning animal testing for his line of hair products. John Paul’s in-depth expertise in hair and skin care formulations also led to research in new standards for pet grooming and hygiene, which lead to the creation of John Paul Pet shampoos, conditioners, sprays and pet wipes.
John Paul Pet shampoos and conditioners are pH balanced so they don’t irritate sensitive pet skin and the entire line is “tested on humans first” to ensure effectiveness and safety for all pets. John Paul Pet actively supports programs benefiting all animals, including Best Friends Animal Society, The Morris Animal Foundation, PAWS, The California Wildlife Association, The Humane Society of the United States, as well as numerous Humane Society of America and SPCA events, pet rescue organizations and pet charities nationwide.

What I reviewed:
I got the Grooming System Pre-pack. All the basics necessary for healthy dog coat!

An oh so photo of my cute puppy! Well...he's 13 years old but has the spunk of a puppy :)

I really like the John Paul Pet Oatmeal Shampoo and so did my family dog! The shampoo is gentle and leaves your dog's coat clean and smelling great.
After the bath comes the Oatmeal Conditioning Spray. It's easy and convenient to use. Just spray directly on the your dog's freshly washed coat. The spray helps to give the coat a healthy shine.
Last but not least are the Ear and Eye Wipes. These are perfect for the sensitive eyes and ears area. It removes odor and any dirt build up. Your dog, young or old, will love these products and so will you. Who doesn't love a happy nice smelling dog?

  1. Mine is when I was a kid I had a dog named Jackie Loo. She was a very small runt of her litter, but I loved her the way she was. She was a black and white Jack Russel Terrier. Well because she was so small when she would run really fast it looked almost like she was jumping like a rabbit because her back legs would go way up in the air. Back then we had a big yard and more than one dog and my siblings and I were sitting outside on a picnic bench and we were throwing a tennis ball for the dogs, and they would chase after it altogether. Well my siblings and I were watching them and when we threw the ball they all ran after it like normal but Jackie was running so fast and she was so small she ended up, out of nowhere doing a front flip a couple times and turned to the side but then took off after the ball again like nothing happened. We were laughing so hard we could not believe it had happened. She was perfectly fine but I ended up picking her up and loving on her after that. She was my first dog so she was very special to me. :)

  3. my husband said he saw a cat on the trailhead where he bikes. I told him we had to go back up there and find it. We drove up there in the dark and I called out "kitty" and tons of cats came out of the bushes (on the mountain...so I'm assuming they're all strays). It was just kinda weird...but the only one that was friendly came up to me and we took him home (he was definitely a stray---super skinny and covered in burrs)

  4. My favorite pet story is about my cat Majel (we named her Majel
Barrett Roddenberry Chandler, after the wife of the star trek creator Gene Roddenberry). Little Majel was a thief! She took everything she could carry in her mouth. We would find all kinds of strange socks, dish towels, etc. I would have to ask the neighbors if they were missing laundry. She's gone now, bless her little thieving heart.

  5. My sister was telling me about her cat Mr. Waffles (he's the color of pancake batter) and evidently Mr. Waffles loves waffles! He's always climbing onto the table or counter and stealing her waffles and bagels! I think its hilarious she'll call me up yelling "Sam! Waffie took my waffles!!"

  6. We adopted Artie a little over a year ago. This year was our first Easter with him. He went to the doggie egg hunt. As soon as he figured out what was in those eggs, he grabbed one and he held it the whole time.

  7. My favorite memory was the day I first saw my doggie at the shelter. She was so cute, but scared. She came right up and introduced herself and seemed comfortable with us--and we adored her at first sight.

  12. I have so many pet stories having had 2 cats and 3 dogs, including 2 Springer Spaniels (always good for a million stories). Am now down to one dog, an 11 yo mutt I rescued when she was 6mths old. I guess I'll go with my worst horror story... I was in college and had been given a cat about six months prior to the "incident". I was sleeping in my apt with my boyfriend when I felt something odd. Like something had walked over me. Generally I sleep like the dead so I don't know how come this made an impact but next thing I knew I had jumped up, screaming rat. This huge brown creature took off flying from the bed, cat stood looking at me as if to say "You didn't like my gift?" and bf still slept. Until I woke him up to find and kill it that is!

  16. Our beloved Westie, Charlie, loved being with us more than eating! (As opposed to our female Westie who loved food first!) When I wore a long, flowing skirt, Charlie would gently catch the edge of the hem in his mouth as he walked along beside me. It was similar to holding my hand, I thought. How we miss our loyal friend!

  18. I had a poodle growing up that loved to ride on my four wheeler with me. I liked to tease her and I would take off before she could jump on and sit in between my legs. She would run after me barking. She really loved going for a ride.

  20. I had a boxer (Roxky) who was about 18 months old. While out for a walk one evening, my neighbor's pitbull/boxer mix escaped from her house. She was known to be aggressive and he kept her caged nearly 24/7 - I know, not much of a life for any dog. As she came out of the house, for whatever reason, she set her sights on me. I braced for impact as there really wasn't time to react. My grip on the leash must have slackened because Rocky got away from me and confronted the other dog. He managed to overpower her and held her to the ground while her owner and I separated them. Of course, I was furious. Fortunately, Rocky wasn't badly injured. Dogs are amazing.

  23. My favorite pet story would have to be when I owned a potbelly pig my uncle had gotten her for me for Christmas she was so little and as she grew my mom would paint her hooves pink and when we took her around the block it would be forever we'd have to brag her around the block with Cheerios LOL & if she saw gum on the street she would pick it off the street & chew it for hours... We lived near orchids and we would take her for a walk she would zoom off running in the big field & be all crazy she was the best pet ever & I miss her!!!

  24. I have so many stories about our baby Chops (short for Pork Chop because he looked like a piglet when he was born)When he was a puppy he would run up and down the yard with the other puppies and only go about 15ft before he had to stop because he was tired already. :) I love our now 2 1/2 yr old Chopsy, our youngest is convinced he is her baby brother.
