Happy National Hot Tea Month!
Yes, there is a month for this and I love that! :) During these colder months of the year I cherish any moment I can make a hot cup of tea. Hot tea at night is the best because it's a way to relax, reflect, and get ready for bed.
I received some relaxing teas from Traditional Medicinals and they make for a perfect peaceful drink.

What I reviewed:
The company sent me a wonderful assortment of teas to help calm and soothe. The packaging was neat and informative. On the top of the box was information on each box of tea in the package. Each box had tea sealed in individual packages. This makes for fresh tea every time! A quick story to when I first opened the tea boxes. Some of these have catnip in them. Well my cat certainly wanted to try some of the tea. Right when I opened a package he came running over and loved smelling the package!
Now on to the teas-
Now on to the teas-

Chamomile with Lavender: This tea settles your nervous system and relaxes your digestive system. Brew a cup when feeling frazzled or tense and this herbal blend of beautiful and fragrant flowers and lemon balm will help ease your nervous tension or upset stomach.
Nighty Night: With the help of passionflower, a wildly intense beauty with calming properties, this tea will aid in relaxation and allow the body to ease into a good night’s sleep.
